People watches stupefied a Dantesque spectacle, a result from the alignment between Judicial, Executive and Legislative powers of the banana republic for exercising their explicit knavery.

The last events about the three rotten powers of the old State can only demonstrate that the corpse should have been buried.

By putting into action the power groups on the Judicial to release Aécio Neves from going to jail scenes of a comedy have been produced; the ministers acted their former capacity in a way of voting differently for identical situations, as in the case of Eduardo Cunha and Delcidio do Amaral ‘s imprisonments. The Supreme Federal Court (STF) session had its grand finale with the uncertain vote of its chairwoman :” not in favour of, not against it”.

The concrete fact is that, thanks to the power from the Senate by STF for judging the ill-done of their partners, Aécio, with Temer’s endeavour, can go out at night and also take over his mandate as a senator, enjoying the two million fees that were kindly paid by Joesley Batista.

Concerning the reinterpretations the STF ministers are not alone. Raquel Dodge, the General Republic Procurator (PGR), analysing the Caixa Econômica Federal’ money deviation lawsuit – whose former procurator accused Temer to be the gang’s chief – have decided to understand that Geddel used to behave as being himself the gang’s boss. Temer thanked the Procurator – on the position for just one month – with the medal of the Air Force Merit Order.

Temer’s prodigality does not remain to the medal, mostly when it is a matter of buying one more year as the manager of the decrepit State; for that he insists in demanding bells’ tolls. He has donated public lands to landlords, parcelled  their debts, modified the definition of slavery work, forgave 60% of the environment fines among other things.

In the day of the voting session for the second denunciation, under the chantage of the allied base ( a bit distrustful)  he has approved a law that permits the re-financing  of the profiteers’ debts with the State, cancelling the rate of interests and fines, as the scoundrels had required. At last,  the crooks understand each other having lunch and dinner together as well picnics according to the Sicilian mafia fashion.

In accordance with UOL the expenses on fiscal renouncement, fining exemption, parliamentary laws and some other courtesies to bankers and landlords come to the amount of around R$32 billion, probably R$36 billion.

The great exhibition of the official corruption for the press monopoly has contributed for neutralizing the gangster manager prodigal action, whose improper proceedings are uncountable for the people who do not believe anymore in a solution through the institutions of this State in putrefaction.

While the institutionalized bandits caravan goes by, the kennel of the opportunism agitates itself in manifestations and speeches “for nothing”. At last, they must justify the salary of the profitable position they all have.

By alerting the masses that not even the electoral farce (including all marionettes of the Single Party) not the military intervention ( promised by those who long for the past times of military-fascism) is the best way out for Brazil, the revolutionaries must work hard on the mobilization and political activities for the masses in the countryside and in the cities. They must endow them of organization and methods of struggle that can serve for liberating the revolutionary energies to unify the thousands of protests and struggles scattered all over the country, unleash the revolt suffocated in the hearts and minds of most Brazilian people, repel the cruel repressive actions of the old State and wage the people’s rebellion.

It is urgent to rise to new levels the revolutionary propaganda and agitation around the only way out for the deep economic, social, ethics, moral and military crisis: the Democratic, Agrarian and Anti-imperialist Revolution.
