The people from Espírito Santo state lived days of fury with the military policeman strike. They signalized to death squads permit to poor people mass murder. Also counted, of course, with the monopolist press to cause terror, it frightens the population and asks for more repression over the people plundering goods, and criminalizing their actions as the same as bandit acts.
The military policeman is one of the daily repression instruments the bourgeois dictatorship state uses to exert its oppression over the masses. It should follow the same discipline rules, organization and hierarchy of the armed forces, that´s why it is military. When such instrument rebels it is an evidence of the exposure of the rotting guts of the old State.
But, if this situation turns up to be very serious, it is not an isolated fact, the old State rotting process has a very wide array, as we will see thereafter.
Who followed the movements in the National Congress for the election of its leaders can realize another alignment of the three powers to pursue the establishment of necessary “peace” to ensure the viability of this rotten political system that serves as engine for the, equally rotten, brazilian State.
As usual, in this single-party system, “coup plotters” and “the defeated” give away their quarrels to fraternize in new arrangements that hand over to each some portion, greater or smaller, of power, in order to keep intact the essential of this rotten political system, their shameless privileges and concession to commit all kind of abuses against the common citizen. It was like this in the House of Representatives and in the Federal Senate, where both “elected” presidents, mentioned in “lava-jato” investigation, attuned their speeches in order to save the confraternity. The distinguished Romeu Jucá leaps ahead in defence of his counterparts and demanded the publication of all the politicians mentioned in the investigations (of course, as a way the scoundrels erase the maximum of the proofs of their crimes), this display soon turned into a bill that, obviously, would have fast process, the same as the bill decriminalize the parties indebted with electoral justice.
In the same beat, Temer, also mentioned dozens of times in testimonies, bring Moreira Franco, a recalcitrant in the art of corruption, under the umbrella of the privileged court, this act was so scandalous that already suffered objection by justice. At the same time he hurried up indicating his rubber-stamp Alexandre Moraes to substitute Teori Zavascki in the Federal Supreme Court (STF).
Judiciary also did well its role, releasing the candidacy of Rodrigo Maia, holding the definition whom who could be I the succession line for the Republic Presidency and, homologated with haste the testimonies from the Odebrecht businessmen. The strife between groups of power inside STF will be very cheerful with the cooperation between Alexandre Moraes and Gilmar Mendes in favor of PMDB and PSDB and their excellencies that, through the deceit of “lava-jato” has urgency in releasing businessmen that, soon, would be using the “trendy anklet”, and enjoying the mansions in the beaches, the mountains or even in the cities. Never before a term expressed so well reality: “plea bargain”; clear proof that, for the wealthy, crime is worthwhile.
This is the dominant class politics, used to scams that “even god doubts”. It’s important to remember, certain coincidences that let PSDB “look good”: first the PSD candidate Eduardo Campos plane crash, which candidacy would leave Aécio Neves out of the second round and, after the plane crash of Zavascki, when, with the Odebrecht testimony, the way was already open for PSDB to enter the realm of “lava-jato”. Now, more relaxed, they hope their member Alexandre Moraes play his role.
This is the swamp that also wallow the electioneering acronyms self-proclaimed “left-wing” such as PT, Pecedobê, PSB, PSOL, PSTU, PCB, PCO, and other trotskyist groups that contend for the management and survival to the withering landlord-bourgeois State servant to imperialism.
To the proletariat, the peasants, to petit and moyenne bourgeoisie, to the intellectuals committed with the country´s and the working masses liberation, this State doesn´t have anything to offer but oppression and exploitation. There is an urgent need of its destruction. It’s about a new State, not only a new government, as said by opportunists and revisionists.
This replacement can only happen by revolutionary way, because only Revolution can unite the oppressed and exploited of the nation to put a end to this rotten landlord-bourgeois democracy, dictatorship over the dominated classes, replacing it with a new democracy, maintained by the revolutionary classes, founded in the peasant-worker alliance as the core of the new power.
Revolution that will implement the program clearly committed with democracy incarnated in commitment with the Agrarian Revolution that will seize the lands from the landlords and give them to landless peasants or peasants with little land. Also will endorse its commitment to democracy, with national independence based on expropriate from the expropriators. Land, bread and freedom synthesize the revolutionary program of New Democracy.
The schemes of the ruling classes, even in collusion or strive, to give survivability to the old order of oppression and the failure of the electioneering “left-wing”, accepting national subjugation manage the landlord-big bourgeoisie State, it’s the proof that out of the New Democracy Revolution way, everything is but illusion.
To the revolutionaries, this way, more than an option, it´s an unswerving obligation.
