At July 26th, 1964, the Brazilian ambassador in Washington, Juraci Magalhães, was making the famous speech, according to which “what is good for the United Stets is good to Brazil”. The same foreign power that articulated the fascist coup elects and overthrows governments in the “democratic” regime.
